If you already have Eclipse software in your PC, you can follow these steps:
Click to “Help” and “Install New Software” in Eclipse
Click to “Add” Button
Enter 'CDT' as the name and enter the p2 directory that you can obtain from
https://eclipse.org/cdt/downloads.php
Click to Next and install core features
