Registration Policy

  • All attendees must register and pay a registration fee.
  • All speakers must register by the early registration deadline.
  • Registration is for the entire workshop. Per-day registration is not available.
  • Registration includes the workshop dinner on June 14, 2025.
  • Registration does NOT include admission to the 1-day tour to Pico on June 15, 2025.

Regular Attendee

  • Early registration, on or before April 1, 2025: $225.00 USD
  • Late registration, after April 1, 2025: $300.00 USD

Student/Postdoc Attendee

  • Early registration, on or before April 1, 2025: $100.00 USD
  • Late registration, after April 1, 2025: $150.00 USD

Accompanying guests

  • Flat rate: $75.00 USD

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by April 1, 2025. Email tog220(at)lehigh(dot)edu with any questions.
  • Refunds will only be offered according to the following conditions:
    • Cancellations by April 1, 2025 will yield a refund of registration except for unrecoverable expenses such as payment processing fees.
    • Cancellations after April 1, 2025 will yield no refund.
