Registration Policy

  • All attendees must register and pay a registration fee.
  • All speakers must register by the early registration deadline.
  • Registration is for the entire conference. Per-day registration is not available.
  • Registration includes 4 lunches and 4 coffee breaks during June 17-20, Tamas-70 Session and Dinner on June 18, and the conference banquet on June 19.
  • Registration does NOT include admission to the conference trips.

Registration Fees

Regular Attendee

  • Early registration, on or before April 1, 2025: $450.00 USD
  • Late registration, after April 1, 2025: $550.00 USD

Student/Postdoc Attendee

  • Early registration, on or before April 1, 2025: $250.00 USD
  • Late registration, after April 1, 2025: $350.00 USD

Accompanying guests

  • Flat rate: $225.00 USD

Conference Trips Fees

  • Tour 1, June 18 afternoon, Watching Whales & Dolphins, 3hrs, $70.00 USD
  • Tour 2, June 19 afternoon, Hot Springs Furnas, 4hrs, $50.00 USD
  • Tour 3, June 20 afternoon, Scenic Sete Cidades, 4hrs, $25.00 USD

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by April 1, 2025. Email tog220(at)lehigh(dot)edu with any questions.
  • Refunds will only be offered according to the following conditions:
    • Cancellations by April 1, 2025 will yield a refund of registration except for unrecoverable expenses such as payment processing fees.
    • Cancellations after April 1, 2025 will yield no refund.
