About me

I am a fifth year PhD student in Mathematical Optimization at Lehigh University. I received my masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Sharif and Polytechnic universities in Iran. I joined the ISE department in 2013, and since then, I have been working with Professor Tamas Terlaky at the intersection of optimization theory and theoretical conic optimization. I am particularly interested in studying the geometry of semidefinite and second-order conic optimization problems using algebraic geometry and nonlinear algebra. You can find my CV here.

I am a server administrator in COR@L hosted by the Industrial and Systems Engineering department at Lehigh University.
